At 73, I’m learning that resilience isn’t the shiny “bounce back” version we see on motivational posters. Between two cancers, a brain bleed, and saying goodbye to skiing something that defined much of my life. I’ve discovered that real resilience is about flexibility, not toughness. It’s the quiet, uncomfortable act of sitting in uncertainty when every instinct says to fix things. It’s about staying open, grieving what’s lost, and finding strength in the mess. What about you what’s demanding more flexibility than you knew you had?
